Cheepple's Salad

For summer's nights... something fresh and tasty.
It's very easy and very fast to do.

What you'll need is:
· Lettuce.
· White cheese cut in cubes.
· A tuna can.
· Half an apple cut in cubes.
· Vinager and some salt and olive oil (if the tuna is not enough salty or hasn't enough oil).

And how to make it? Well, wash the lettuce very well, cut it in pieces and then add the tuna, the apple, the cheese. Move it very good before adding the vinager and the olive oil.

Mayo K-Salad

This salad was born summer 2008 in Egypt, once at night when I didn't really want to spend much time in the kitchen, was hungry but still lazy. I open the fridge and the cupboard, take a look and got...

· 1 tuna can.
· 1 sweet corn can.
· 2 small cucumbers or a big one.
· Mayonaise.

Like most of salads, it's really easy and can be done in 5 minutes:
1st.-
Wash very well the cucumbers if you'll leave them with the skin, or take the skin of the cucumber, then cut them in small slices. Put them without water in a deep large dish.
2nd.- In the same dish you put the tuna can with half of it's oil.
3rd.- Add the corn (without the liquid in the can!).
4th.- Add mayonaise, but not much or it will be very indigested, as it already have oil. I calculate 3 big spoon for that quantity, though 2 would be enough for me.

Trick: Don't add salt, the tuna is already salty. And don't make more than you'll eat, as it won't taste the same if you leave it in the fridge for few hours, so it doesn't really worth to keep it.
Quantity:
2 people if you have a main course.

First Post :D

Should I start collecting blogs?

Should I leave everything else and find time enough to dedicate it to each one of them? Yesterday I was seriously  thinking to close some of them... and now I'm even thinking to open some new ones!!
Mostly this blog is dedicated to people who wants to learn how to cook some spanish recipes. It's funny how "typical spanish recipes" books cheat on people, because checking some of those books, I found than never in my whole life I gave a try (or even see it from far away) to most of recipes there...
So, why not a blog to let people know how real spanish food tastes like?
But it's some more than that, I'll add some recipes I created myself, you can easily use the tags to know which are spanish food and which are just my creations (to cook under your own risk ;)).

Wash your hands, and come to the kitchen!
